Therapeutic Approach
My practice is grounded in a solid psychoanalytic foundation, enriched by the integration of structured, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma treatment.
I also incorporate feminist, decolonial, and psychosocial perspectives, with special attention to the body, emotions, and collective dimensions of mental health.
