Online Therapy in Spanish and English — How I Work
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Sometimes you just know something isn’t right, and that’s enough.
Over 15 years working alongside people through difficult moments — in clinical settings, communities, and humanitarian contexts across Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East — taught me that everyone arrives with their own story, and there is no single way to heal.
I work with adults navigating painful relationships, overwhelming emotions, past experiences that keep resurfacing, or questions about who they are and what they want. I also support those who have experienced violence, abuse, or discrimination, and those exploring their identity or sexuality in a completely judgment-free space.
Bilingual sessions — Spanish and English — for clients anywhere in the world.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do online therapy in Spanish from any country? Yes. All you need is an internet connection. I work with clients across Europe, Latin America, the US, and beyond.
How much does a session cost? Individual sessions are €60. A monthly bundle of 4 sessions is available for €200 (€50 per session).
Do you work with people who have never done therapy before? Yes. You don’t need prior experience or to know exactly what’s wrong. Many people arrive without being able to name what they feel — that’s a perfectly valid starting point.
Do you offer therapy for expats and migrants? Yes, it’s one of my main areas of focus. I understand the emotional weight of living far from home and support processes of cultural adaptation, identity, and loss.
Do you offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy? Yes. I work from a gender and diversity perspective, offering a completely judgment-free space for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or processing experiences of discrimination, you will find a safe and affirming space here.
How do I get started? Simply reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp. We can schedule a first session at a time that works for you, from wherever you are in the world.
